With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen McGinty (Saint-Catharines, Ontario), born in Scotland, Ontario, who passed away on June 26, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John; her parents, Nellie Carr and Owen Carr; and her siblings, John Carr (Helen), Margaret Haughian and Patricia Griffin.
She is survived by: her sons, Ken (Wendy), Derek (Sylvie) and Ian (Sandra); her grandchildren, Sean, Evan (Erryn), Sarah (Bob), Graeme, Connor (Ally) and Lauren; her great grandchildren, Robertson and Kate; her brother-in-law Danny Haughian; and her brothers, Jim and Eugene.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by Helen's family.
