She was predeceased by: her spouse Lenhardt Hoffmann; and her great grandchild Elise. She is survived by: her children, Garry, Dale and Yvonne; and her grandchildren, Kami, Kathy, Karyn, Kristen, Kelli, Jr., Ryan, Sonya, Eric, Todd, Aaron, Debbie and Lena. She is also survived by her extended family and friends.
