She is survived by: her spouse Russell McCombs; her children, Brenda Mulholland (Ron), Cheryl Hawkins (Doug) and David McCombs (Lori); her grandchildren, Melyssa Mulholland, Mark Mulholland (Ying-Zi), Christopher Hawkins, Danna Lee (Scott), Nathan Hawkins (Leah), Aaron Hawkins, Trevor Hawkins, Andrea Stapleton (Daryll), Dave McCombs (Jojo), Amy McCombs (Ray), Robb McCombs and Andrew McCombs (Kristen); her great grandchildren, Tyler, Owen, Carter Lee, Dougie, Ayla Hawkins, Max Hawkins, Kobayne, Charleigh, Easton, Maverick Stapleton, Keighan, Wyatt Mulholland and Julianna McCombs; her brother David Merritt (Dyanna); and her sisters-in-law, Reeta Napper and Isabel Norris. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
