We are sad to announce that on June 1, 2020, at the age of 87, Bevis Thompson of Russell, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Thompson and Bernice Thompson (Bilow) of Russell; his wife Gladys Thompson; his stepchildren, Wayne, Brian Postlethwaite and Ruth Mather (late William); his siblings, Mac Thompson (Marjorie), Raymond (May), Lula Wagner (Calvin) and Gloria Pickard (Jack); and his stepsiblings, Joan McLean (John), Beverley Welk (Norman), Faye Kinsella (Glen) and Frank Thompson.
He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Dawn Bradley (Brian) and Brenda Postlethwaite (Doug Sinclair); his sister Iris Cunningham (Glen); and his stepsiblings, Lynn Thompson (Elsie) and Lyle Thompson (Ruth). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
