He is survived by: his wife Wendy Woolsey; his children, Nathan (Ashley), Matthew (Stacey), Jonathan (Megan) and Sarah (Aaron); his grandchildren, Ava, Faye, Nash, Myles, Thomas, Luc and Joey; and his siblings, Diane and Ron (Diane). He is also survived by his extended family and friends.
