She was predeceased by: her children, Karen and Joe; her grandsons, Joe (Laura) and Trevor; and her parents, Glenn Paton and Delma Paton.

She is survived by: her husband Wilbert Blain; her children, Peter, Diane (Serge), Tim (Mona) and Rob (Karen); her grandchildren, Tammy (Vatche), Brandie (Jamie), Nicole (Frank), Julia (Keelan), Natalie (Nick), Amanda, Taylor (Brad), Camille and Ayden; and her great grandchildren, Amelia, Joey, Lucas, Adrian, Sevan, Tarro, Taavi, Ethan, Ainsley, Adalyn, Anderson, Evangeline, Gracie, James, Thomas, Oliver and Nolan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.

In memory of Eleanor, donations to Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
