He was predeceased by: his father Glen Perry; and his grandparents, Wallace and Audrey Perry. He is survived by: his mother Janet Perry; his siblings, Sarah (Scott) and Tyler Perry; his nephews, Owen and Nolan Dwyer; and his grandparents, Arnold and Shirley Miller.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the Lennox and Addington Hospital Foundation, Sick Kids or a charity of your choosing.
