We are sad to announce that on March 22, 2023, at the age of 88, Joan (Courtney) I. MacKay of Ripley, Ontario, born in Kincardine, Ontario passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joan (Courtney) I. MacKay to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband John D. MacKay; her parents, Florence "Flora" Courtney (Campbell) and Arthur Courtney; her son Brian; and her siblings, Evelyn Rice (Grant) and Lloyd Courtney.

She is survived by: her sons, Ken of Toronto, Eoin (Lisa) of Ripley and Darryl (Lianne) of Pryor Oklahoma; her daughter-in-law Debbie of Ripley; her grandchildren, Sarah (Jeremy), Rachel (Matt), John, Dan, Cailin (Steve), Jack and Claire; her siblings, Mervyn Courtney (Gloria) and Shirley Harris (Bob); and her sister-in-law Shirley Courtney. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
