He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim MacDonald and Marie MacDonald; and his brother Paul MacDonald. He is survived by: his spouse Una MacDonald; his children, Matthew (Michelle) and Nicholas (Claire); his grandsons, Nolan and Garrett; his siblings, Clarke (Pat), Bob (Susan) and Perry; and his sibling-in-law Jane Ann.
