It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Anne (Timms) Blackwell (Ripley, Ontario), born in Mississauga, Ontario, who passed away on November 13, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "Bob" E. Blackwell; and her father Charles Timms. She is survived by: her children, Bobby (Lisa), Shannon (Mike) and Sandra (Aaron); her grandchildren, Tyler (Denise), Tina (Mike), Ashley (Cody), James (Emma), Adam, Braden, Cole and Devin; and her pets, Billy-Bob and Emma. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
