He is survived by: his wife Ann Groenveld (De Vries); his sister Janny De Vries of Bellville; and his children, Art Groenveld (Debbie) of Grimsby, Gord Groenveld (Grace) of Mitchell, Andrew Groenveld of Lucknow and Anita Rutledge (Gary) of Kincardine.
