He was predeceased by: his father Victor Horvath. He is survived by: his mother Josephine Horvath; his wife Cindy Horvath; his sons, Nathaniel (Jillian Cabernel), Lucas and Jacob Horvath (Bailey Howell); and his sister Margaret McCarthy (Kevin Lee). He is also survived by his extended family and by the many friends.
