He was predeceased by: his parents, Naaman and Elsie; his siblings, Leo, Melba, Roger, Dorothy and Glenn; and his siblings-in-law, Ed, Eileen and Joan.

He is survived by: his children, Todd (Janice), Trent (Debbie) and Darla (Grant); his wife Shirley; his grandchildren, Kelsea (Declan), Hanna (Jason), Justin, Lisa, Sarah (Justin), Kayla (John), Alexa (James), Eli and Isaac; his great grandchildren, Maverick and Naomi; his brothers, Wesley, Ken and Allen; and his siblings-in-law, Doreen, Pearl, Ina and Larry (Kate). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
