He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Carter and Emma Carter (Hill); and his brother Gary Carter. He is survived by: his siblings, Jim Carter (Margaret) of Ridgetown, Ron Carter, Vern Carter (late Germaine) of Tecumseh, Laurine Archibald (Tom) of Ridgetown and Brenda Pumfrey (late Jim) of Thamesville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
