We are sad to announce that on January 3, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Jeff Hooper (Ridgetown, Ontario), born in Chatham, Ontario. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his uncle Gerald Hooper; and his grandparents, George and Doris Hooper. He is survived by: his parents, Russ Hooper and Donna Galbraith; his wife Kay; his children, Bayley, Selina (Jack), Blake and Bella; his grandsons, Leo and Weston; and his siblings, Jennifer, Melanie, Jackie, Tina, Jill and Emma. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and in-laws.
The Bereavement Authority of Ontario have mandated that all attendees wear a mask.
Donations made in memory of Jeff to YMCA Chatham-Kent in support of youth sports and supports would be appreciated.
