He was predeceased by: his parent Garry Smith. He is survived by: his parent Joyce Smith of Ridgetown; his spouse Cheryl Smith of Ridgetown; his children, Nathen Christopher Smith and Chloe Dawn Smith; and his sibling Mark Smith (Tanya) of Ridgetown. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.

Donations made in memory of Bradley to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation would be appreciated.
