He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Johnson and Marion Johnson (McRae). He is survived by: his wife Frances; his children, Bevan (Nikki) of New Zealand and Shawn of New Zealand; his grandchildren, Callum, Ethan and Quinn; and his sister Christine Holliday (Barry Quirke). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
