He was predeceased by: his parents, Fern Bond and Delbert Bond; his parents-in-law, Murray and Agnes Hardy; and his siblings, Edith (George), Betty, Doreen (Harold), Ivan, Earl (Velma) and Ruth.

He is survived by: his wife Dianne; his daughters, Cindy Curtin (John) and Denise Straub (Kevin); his grandchildren, Michael Bond (Kayla), Madeline, Brady and Gavin Straub; and his siblings, Helen (Doug), Edna (Joe), Eilleen, Lorne and Evelyn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Calvary United Church or St. Joseph's Hospice would be appreciated.
