She was predeceased by: her parents, Barbara Ryan and Edward Ryan; and her siblings, Gerald, Robert, Daniel and Anne.

She is survived by: her husband John Stanley Thompson; her sons, Mark Douglas Thompson (Persefoni Tzortzidis) and Andrew John Thompson (Lorna Downs); her grandchildren, Hayley Olivia Thompson, Jacob Christos Thompson and Cameron Peter John Thompson; and her brother Ken Ryan (Darlene Ryan). She is also survived by family and her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law and her many nieces and nephews.
