He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Cobden (Wineberg) and Isaiah Cobden. He is survived by: his wife Helen (Paterson) of Thornhill; his children, Sean Jason Cobden (Julie) and Shelly Marple; his grandchildren, Nathanuel and Ileana Cobden; and his sister Maralyn Lewis of Leeds, England..
