He was predeceased by: his former wife Francis McCron; and his grandchild Mady Novak. He is survived by: his wife Jean McCron; his children, Beth Novak, Lynne McCron (Robert Newton) and Terry McCron (Zoe McCron); his grandchildren, Matthew Smith, Colleen Palmer (Chris), Lee Smith, Nikki Novak (Pat Portelance) and Dalton McCron (Emily McLennan); his great grandchildren, Wyatt and Hayden Palmer; and his sister Eleanor Wood.
