He is survived by: his father Omar Marin Roman; his wife Maribel Escobar Beleño; his children, Santiago Marin and Daniela Marin; his sisters, Anyela Marin-Betancourt and Betty Marin; and his brother-in-law Rommel Betancourt. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, and remaining family members.
