She is survived by: her husband Paul; her children, Andrew, Luke and Kiera; her pet Odyssey; her parents, Sharon Taylor and Chip Taylor; her parents-in-law, Lynn and Paolo Pignatelli; her brothers, Skip (Nadine), Colin (Sarah) and Jared (Melanie); her brother-in-law John (SallyAnn); and her nieces and nephews, Michael (Amanda), Nicholas (Selina), Sarah, Quinn, Killian, Lauchlan and Ava.

In lieu of flowers a donation in Nicole's name would be greatly appreciated to Southlake hospital.
