She was predeceased by: her husband Kees. She is survived by: her children, Frederica Venema (John), Don Van Velzen (Ruth), Peter Van Velzen (Janet) and David Van Velzen (Nicole).
A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Bethel Canadian Reformed Church (11251 Bayview Ave, Richmond Hill, ON L4S1L8).
In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Alzheimer's Society of York Region would be greatly appreciated.
