With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lorraine Demelis of Richmond Hill, Ontario, born in L'Amable, Ontario, who passed away on September 10, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Gene Demelis; her parents, Manley Whyte and Helen Whyte (Green); and her siblings, Gerry Whyte, Gord Whyte, Wayne Whyte and Doreen Hickey.

She is survived by: her children, Greg Demelis (Danette) and Jennifer Plouffe (Jeff); her grandchildren, Nikki, Ben, Jack, Dana and Jill; and her siblings, Donna Chamberlain of Bailieboro, ON, Joan Whyte-Elliott of Fenelon Falls and Paul Whyte of Bancroft. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
