Lester Augustus Garnett Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lester Augustus Garnett (Richmond Hill, Ontario), who passed away on February 3, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Garnett and Winnifred Garnett; and his siblings, Leroy Garnett, Bill Garnett, Tony Garnett and Marie Garnett.
He is survived by: his siblings, Dorothy Garnett, Cecile Garnett, Carol Garnett, Christopher Garnett (Leslie), Vilma Garnett and Claudette Garnett; his children, Andrea Garnett Sherlock (Nathan), Chantal Garnett, Jeanine Garnett (Cristoven) and Shawna Garnett; and his grandchildren, Racquel, Ashley, Thomas, Maxwell and Jackson.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at the Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home (211 Langstaff Rd E, Thornhill, ON L3T3Z6). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
