He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Charles Con and Alice Mac Con; and his grandchild Bridget Mac Con. He is survived by: his wife Silvia; his children, Karen (Cary Schneider), Laura, Ronan (Amy Mac Con) and Douglas (Erin Mac Con); his grandchildren, Haedan, Alexis Schneider, Fiona, Teagan Mac Con and Alistair Mac Con; his siblings, Sheila Mangan and Rory (Cathy); his former wife Mary; his stepchildren, Derek (Emma Lindquist) and Ariel Fisher (Jonathan Barkan); and his pet Hana.

His family requests that in lieu of flowers, if you are so moved, to please donate in his memory to Plan International.
