He is survived by: his spouse Palm; his children, Cathi (Steve), Hugh (Christina) and Keith (Carol); his grandchildren, Heather (Jeremy), Donn (Angie), Glenn, Stephen, Katrina, Marissa and Richard; and his great grandchildren, Eleora, Zemirah, Steven and Conrad.
