He was predeceased by: his wife Hetty; his daughter Evelyn (Jack); and his siblings, Jack, Bill and Christine.
He is survived by: his children, Gerald (Theresa), Brenda (John), Marina (Jack) and Alvina (Ray); his sister Audrey; and his siblings-in-law, Ada, Betsey, Jackie, Kay, George (Diny), Arie (Cisca) and Dien (Stef). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
