He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Helen Sawyer Hogg and Dr. Frank Scott Hogg; his son David; and his siblings, Sally and Dave (late Carol).
He is survived by: his daughter Susan; his nephews, Rod, Graham (Laraine), Ed, Brian and Doug (Shauna); his cousins, Mary and Christine; and his stepfather E. L. Priestley.
