He is survived by: his children, Theresa (Gerald Boot), Andrew (Yvonne Kampen), Fred (Anita Kampen), Irene (Howard Leffers) and Anthony (Toni Kampen); his great grandchildren, Diane, William, Eleanor, John Boot, Caroline, Dennis Vanderveen, Sarah, Mark Faber, Steven, Taylor Boot (Colton), Kimberly, James Smeding, Krystle, Paul, Brandon, Elysha Kampen, Trevor Kampen, Evan Kampen, Robyn Kampen, Madison Kampen, Alex Lof, Colin Kampen, Levi Kampen, Nadia Leffers, Benjamin Kampen, Rachel Kampen, Justin Kampen, Seth Kampen, Alexandra Kampen and Joelle Kampen; and his siblings, Sjoukje, Harold, Ebel Kampen (Maureen), Martin Kampen (Toni), Rudy Kampen (Betty), Hank Kampen (Mary), Leo Kampen (Diane), Peter (Bouwkamp), Hans (Janet) of Leeuw and John (Arnold). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Due to the current pandemic restrictions, there will be no visitation.
