We bid farewell to Donald Murray Wideman of Aurora, Ontario, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 6, 2025 at the age of 77. Donald Murray touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Murray Wideman and Dorothy Wideman of Richmond Hill; his parents-in-law, Whitney and Eva Johnson of Gormley; and his sibling Dale Wideman (Cathy).
He is survived by: his wife Faye; his daughters, Cara (Steven Watson), Tina, Amy (Rich Burkholder) and Melissa; his son-in-law Hubert Roberts; his grandchildren, Taylor, Emma Watson, Ava, Maya Roberts and Drew Burkholder; his siblings, Shirley Evans (late Dave), Joan Quinn (Rick) and Wendy Shropshire (Gary); and his siblings-in-law, Wayne Johnson (Audrey), Doug Johnson (David), Susan Corrigan (Jim) and Evonne Johnson (George). He is also survived by friends, and neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Marshall Funeral Home (10366 Yonge St, Richmond Hill, ON L4C3B8). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Oak Ridges Brethren in Christ Church (8 Aubrey Ave, Richmond Hill, ON L4E2T3).
