He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Catherine; his daughters, Alison (Michael) and Rebecca; his parents, Peter Payne and Delta Payne; and his sister Elizabeth (David). He was also cherished by his brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, and his nephew and three nieces.
