He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Hebert. He is survived by: his grandson David James Hughes; his children, David Hughes Junior, Gayle Hughes and Rhonda Hashimoto (Stephen); his grandchildren, Timothy (Christina), Sarah, Daniel, Tyler, Rachael, Kasia, Carson, Dalton, Meghan, Jacob, Jordyn, Alex, Lexie, Lyla and Aurora; and his great grandchildren, Emma-Rose, Marshall and Lukas.
Dr.Teng once again stepped up to assist Dave in his time of need and he we would appreciate any donation to be sent to Southlake Hospital Cardiac and CVIC Unit.
