It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brianne Elizabeth Pieters of Richmond Hill, Ontario, born in Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on November 14, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Richardson and Barbara Richardson. She is survived by: her husband Allan Carter; her children, Daniel Pieters, Tracy, Michelle and Kelly; her siblings, Candice and Rob; and also, Donald, Donna and Doug.
With the current COVID-19 pandemic situation and restrictions on gathering in groups; it has been considered by the family to hold the funeral services in private.
