Brendan MacKen Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brendan MacKen (Richmond Hill, Ontario), who passed away on March 12, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Macken and Margaret Macken; and his siblings, Maureen, Jim, Patricia and Gerald.
He is survived by: his wife Libby; his children, Bren Jr., Nancy (late Ted Walker), Ginny (Cam Ross), Peggy (Mark Roszell) and Helen (Roger Conzelmann); his grandchildren, Lindsay (Sam), Courtney (Kemp), Patrick (Taryn), Sean, Carly, Jeff, Maddie and Nicole; and his great grandchildren, Alice, Robbie, James, Libby and Auden. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, neighbours, friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Southlake Regional Health Centre where Bren received excellent care from all the wonderful nurses, staff and especially Dr. Harold Yuen.
