He was predeceased by: his wife Mary. He is survived by: his children, Terri, Malcolm John and Bill (Pat); his brothers, Bob and George; and his nieces, Ann, Jennifer (Vic) and Patricia (Ed). He is also survived by his many cousins, and his friends.
