It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alda Merces Freitas (Richmond Hill, Ontario), who passed away on March 12, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Manuel Filipe; her children, Elizabeth (Raffaele) and Michael; her grandchildren, Avó, Lisa (Thomas), Anthony (Elizabeth), Robert, Lucia and Cristiano; and her siblings, Maria Lourdes, Maria Fernanda (Martinho) and Anabela.
