He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Regan and Alice Regan; and his siblings, Kenneth (late Irene), Garry, Donald, Earl, Jack and Ronnie.

He is survived by: his spouse Judy Blimkie; his child Barb; his child-in-law Corey Crozier; his grandchildren, Griffin and Cohen; his siblings, Margaret (Bernard Gerritse), Barry (Diane), Lloyd (JoAnn) and Sandra; and his siblings-in-law, Rose, Shirley, Dianne, Dale, Mary (Bill), Teresa (Jim) and Vince (Anne). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
