He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Holtzhauer and Bernice Holtzhauer. He is survived by: his spouse Gail Holtzhauer; his children, Luke (Kamila), Allison and Jenelle Rosenblath (Joey); his grandchildren, Emily, Caleb, Hanna, Addison and Jack; and his siblings, Brian (Diane), Gloria (Barry Wallace) and Nancy (Jack Pauhl).
