Stephanie Rose left this world on January 1, 2025 at the age of 92, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her spouse Casimir; and her brothers-in-law, John (late Mary) and Eugene (late Frances). She is survived by: her children, Cecily Button and Peter Nickel; her grandchildren, Ian, Elizabeth (Tim Bayne), Andrea (Andrew Gelok), Jaquelyne (Scott Naduriak) and Kinsey (Bobby Brown); her brothers, George (Milka) and Andrew (Sherron); and her friend Jody English. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Goulet Funeral Home (310 Argyle St S, Renfrew, ON K7V1T9). A Mass was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Francis Xavier Church (331 Plaunt St S, Renfrew, ON K7V1N2).
