He is survived by: his wife Adella; and his children, Sandi Jacobs (Jeff), Sandy Girard (Brian), Jeff Blakesley, Jerry Blakesley (Wella), Jennifer Hembre (Keith) and Julia Ebbert (Alan). He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
