He is survived by: his wife Julia Smalley; his children, Elizabeth, Rebecca, Daniel and Jessica (Marc); his stepchildren, Gina, Chuck (Karen), Lori (Grant) and Curt (Diana); his grandchildren, Summer, Teegen and Ryder; his stepgrandchildren, Curtis (Sheena), Jessica (Ryan), Stephanie, Ryan (Jennifer), Ashley and Carly (Joey); and his great grandchildren, Maddie and Brooklyn.
