She was predeceased by: her husband John Patrick; her son Bruce; and her sister Caroline. She is survived by: her siblings, Gary, Bernard, Annette and Joe; her children, Brian (Louise Donohue), Pat, Barry (Barbara Bush), Pauline (Richard Stuart), Tim, Terry and Penny (Gerald Tracey); her grandchildren, Adair (Alex), Rachel (Em), Kirtus (Lisa), Markus (Mallory), Janel (John), Brandon (Nicole), Tayler (Bill), Abigail, Jason, Kyle, Emily, Allison and Alexander; and her great grandchildren, Shelby, Kyler, Ashlynn, Kayden, Ellis, Jones and Nolan.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Theresa to the Lanark Lodge Perth Ontario whose caring staff enriched her final months.
