In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Kenneth had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Kenneth may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harold Fulford and Florence Fulford; and his daughter Carrie. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Fulford; his son Kevin; his grandsons, Tyler and Cory; and his siblings, Clayton (Margo), Stewart (Gwenn), Janet (David) and Elgin (Barbara). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
