He was predeceased by: his sister Ilene Thom (late Leo); and his friend Bert McIntyre. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Christine McDonald (Doug), Marilyn and Stuart (late Kathryn); and his sister Alma McNulty (Gordon). He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
