He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Windle and John Windle of Ashdad; and his mother-in-law Paula. He is survived by: his wife Veronica Scott; his children, Margaret (Marc St Jean), John-Paul (Holly Blanchard) and Christopher (Lexi Bowes); his grandchildren, Luc, Olivia, Everly and Layla; and his siblings, Bridget (Jerome Dedo), Bernadette (late Kenny Culhane) and Ronnie. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters in law, his many nieces, nephews and friends.
Donations in memory of Jack may be made to the Ottawa Heart Institute or the Robbie Dean Centre.
