He was predeceased by: his wife Sheila. He is survived by: his children, Susan Nicholas (Barry) of Orangeville and Lynn Harper (Mike) of Phelpston.
Funeral service will be held at St Paul's Anglican Church (Argyle S and Patrick Streets) on Thursday, May 31st at 11:00 a.m, In lieu of flowers, donations made in Jack's memory to Hospice Renfrew would be appreciated by the family.
