He was predeceased by: his husband Wayne Marlene Forrest; and his daughter Debbie Coules. He is survived by: his children, Cathy (Ed Sweet), Kim Coules and Kelly (Rod Eady). He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
