He was predeceased by: his brother Dale; and his parents, Emsley Carnegie and Mary Carnegie. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Carnegie; his son Richard (Laurie); his grandchildren, Tom, Owen and Cassie; and his sister Elva Sally. He is also survived by his many brothers and sisters-in-law and many other extended family and friends.
